Summary  The California State Capitol building is half covered by trees and bushes in this verdant view circa 1930. This fold-out set of postcard scenes of Sacramento "the camellia and orange capital" was one of several produced over the years that extolled the virtues of the area and encouraged families faced with the grim reality of economic depression to relocate to the Golden State.
