The Sacramento Chamber of Commerce beat the drum for Sacramento Valley agriculture, and a glance at the list of officers and directors reveals many of the movers and shakers of the day. Hale Bros.; Weinstock's; Breuner's; Buffalo Brewery; Capital Telephone Co.; Sacramento Electric, Gas & Railway Co.--they all had family members or representatives on the roster.
