Summary  Police officer directs traffic at corner of 9th and L Streets, ca. 1918. Note the cars parked at an angle in front of the Hotel Sutter. After 9 December 1928, angle parking between I and L from 4th to 16th Streets was forbidden. Because of it, 14 less cars were accommodated in each block. Description on verso. Copy print.
