Sacramento Lodge of Elks, No. 6, hosted the annual convention of the BPOE in the Fall of 1920 and solicited advertising from their well-to-do memebers for this deluxe issue of their club publication. The illustrated cover shows the Sacramento River and Valley above spread out in farms and orchards up to Mt. Shasta, framed in the antlers of the organization's namesake.
