Sacramento folk stroll, cycle, ride the rail and steer their wagons down K Street on a cloudy night bathed in soft moonlight early last century. Postmarked June, 1922, this finely detailed card shows the view looking west, a view now completely dominated by the Downtown Plaza complex. Between the freeway system and redevelopment K Street west of 7th and east of 2nd Streets is only available in images drawn or secured on film many years ago.
