Employee record cards for Howard Shrader. Mr. Shrader worked at the Sacramento Shops between 1918 and 1923. He began his career in 1918 as an apprentice machinist, and left the railroad in 1930. A 1996 interview with Mr. Shrader, done as part of the Museum's Sacramento Shops Oral History Program, is available for study at the California State Railroad Museum Library.
