This undated map ca. 1925 offers a detailed look at the recreational facilities as well as the practical services the city had to offer. The time-lost town of Washington rests on one end while the other side leads to Folsom, Placerville and beyond. Note the "City of Sacramento Incinerator" proudly noted above the S.P.R.R. Shops and the old Cardinal Field marking Sacramento's Pacific Coast League of the time.
